Return and Refund Policy

At Brian Pallets Liquidation, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of liquidation and freight shipping, returns involve significant logistics. Please review our policy below carefully.

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Pallets/Bulk Lots: Must be returned in their original shrink wrap or strapping. If the pallet has been broken down, sorted, or items removed, it is considered “altered” and may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Individual Items: Must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Items marked clearly as “Final Sale” or “As-Is” (unless they arrive significantly different than described).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@brianpalletsliquidation.com with your Order # and reason for return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preference/Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product:

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Note that freight return shipping can be expensive.

    • A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and warehouse processing.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion) for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
