Payment and Billing Policy

Effective Date: December 20, 2025 Website: https://brianpalletsliquidation.com/

At Brian Pallets Liquidation, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless payment experience. This Payment and Billing Policy outlines the payment methods we accept, how your billing information is handled, and the security measures we have in place.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment for online orders:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfer (ACH/Wire) for high-value wholesale or pallet orders.

  • Digital Wallets: [Add if applicable: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal]

Note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery (COD) for online shipments.

2. Payment Processing and Security

We take your security seriously.

  • PCI Compliance: All credit card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways.

  • No Storage of Card Details: Brian Pallets Liquidation does not store or have access to your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code. Your payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor.

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your personal and financial data during transmission.

3. When You Are Charged

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Your card will be charged in full at the time you place your order. You will receive an immediate email confirmation with your order number and receipt.

  • Bank Transfers: Orders paid via bank transfer will be placed on “Hold” until the funds have cleared in our account. Once cleared, we will process and ship your order.

4. Sales Tax

Brian Pallets Liquidation is located in the State of Texas.

  • Tax Collection: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Texas or other states where we have a tax nexus.

  • Calculation: Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and current state/local tax rates.

5. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business from fraud, we reserve the right to verify any order.

  • Billing Address Match: Ensure your billing address matches the address on file with your credit card issuer. Mismatches may cause your order to be flagged or cancelled.

  • Manual Review: In some cases, we may contact you to verify your identity or order details before processing the shipment. If we cannot verify the information within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe there is an error on your billing statement regarding a purchase from us, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve any discrepancies.

Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact our support team before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are often able to resolve billing issues faster and more amicably through direct communication.

7. Cancellations

Because we strive to ship orders quickly (especially freight), you may only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at sales@brianpalletsliquidation.com.

  • If the order has already been picked up by the carrier, it will be treated as a Return, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs (see our Return Policy).
