Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brian Pallets Liquidation. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to keep you updated.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier constraints.
3. Freight & Pallet Shipping (LTL)
Due to the size and weight of pallet liquidation merchandise, most bulk orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.
Phone Number Required: The freight carrier will require a valid phone number to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.
Curbside Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, freight deliveries are “Curbside Delivery” only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the curb.
Liftgate Service: Our freight quotes generally include liftgate service to safely lower the pallet from the truck.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can monitor your delivery.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brian Pallets Liquidation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Issues
We take great care in packing your pallets to ensure they arrive securely. However, accidents during transit can happen. We are here to help you resolve any issues.
While Brian Pallets Liquidation is not directly liable for products damaged by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim to ensure you are not left with a loss.
If your order arrives damaged:
Inspect Immediately: For pallet shipments, please inspect the shrink wrap and pallet integrity before signing the delivery receipt.
Note the Damage: If the pallet looks tampered with or crushed, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the driver’s delivery receipt or refuse the shipment entirely.
Take Photos: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the items inside.

7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We [do / do not] ship internationally at this time.
